MOLD AND INDOOR AIR QUALITY

Most of us spend much of our time indoors. The air that we breathe in our homes, in schools, and in offices can put us at risk for health problems. Research has shown that the quality of indoor air can be worse than that of outdoor air. Some pollutants can be chemicals, gases, dander, and living organisms like mold and bacteria. Many homes are built or remodeled more tightly, without regard to the factors that assure fresh and healthy indoor air.
