Are you selling your home? Get your home “Move-In Certified®” by having us inspect it before you list!

A Move-In Certified® home has been pre-inspected, which means the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified® Seller Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates and have issues corrected. Also, with our BuildFax reporting, and a transferrable “Buy Back Guarantee,” you can show prospective buyers you are dealing in good faith, and share that your home is ready for them to move in!

Signage and information about the certification can be shared if you have an open house, and you can even share your report with perspective buyers using a service called “FetchReport.”

Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected and Move-In Certified® now!

Complete Home Inspection provides a thorough assessment of the systems, structure, and safety of your home at competitive and affordable prices. Not only do we utilize the most current training and information available, but also employ new technology and methods like drone inspection and infrared.

FAA licensed and InterNACHI certified, Chris utilizes a drone to: inspect a difficult-to-access roof; get a clear view of the upper exterior of a home; and get an aerial view of the entire property.

  • With some homes, there are areas of a roof that can't be accessed without specialized equipment. Using a drone allows an inspector to reach these areas to evaluate the roof condition.

  • Sometimes, issues with siding or other materials aren't visible from the ground, and deficiencies can be better seen from above.

Certified in infrared thermography, Chris uses an infrared camera to get a "better picture" of potential issues a home may have. Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.

We utilize Buildfax- a data gathering and reporting service, so we can see supplemental details about your home. Information such as permits that have been issued for work or renovations, and other details which might be pertinent for you as a homeowner (the type and quantity of information depends on the property and its location.) If the BuildFax report for your new home includes any pertinent information, it will be included with your inspection report.
