With some homes, there are areas of a roof that can't be accessed without specialized equipment. Using a drone allows an inspector to reach these areas to evaluate the roof condition.
Sometimes, issues with siding or other materials aren't visible from the ground, and deficiencies can be better seen from above.
Certified in infrared thermography, Chris uses an infrared camera to get a "better picture" of potential issues a home may have. Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.

We utilize Buildfax- a data gathering and reporting service, so we can see supplemental details about your home. Information such as permits that have been issued for work or renovations, and other details which might be pertinent for you as a homeowner (the type and quantity of information depends on the property and its location.) If the BuildFax report for your new home includes any pertinent information, it will be included with your inspection report.
