Certified Master Inspectors (CMIs)® are the best inspectors in the world.  CMI® is a professional designation available to qualified inspectors who are certified by the Master Inspector Certification Board. All CMIs® are experienced, dedicated to education, have a proven record in the inspection industry, and have demonstrated the highest level of competency.

InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors)® Certified Professional Inspectors (CPIs)® are InterNACHI® School graduates, who are required to pass an Inspector Exam every three years, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership and certifications in good standing.

J. CHRIS STANLEY, CMI®

With a passion for serving others, Chris has taken his knowledge and understanding from 14 years experience in residential and commercial construction, to help buyers learn more about their future home to assist in their purchase.  Chris is a licensed Home Inspector by the state of Virginia (Lic. #3380001762 NRS), a Certified Master Inspector, a Certified Professional Inspector of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), holds a FAA Remote Pilot (drone) license, and a bachelors degree in Leadership and Nonprofit Administration from Mid Atlantic Christian University.

Chris loves spending time with his family, continuing to learn more about inspection and building science, coffee, Jesus, old cars, and participating in obstacle course races (Spartan, Rugged Maniac, etc.)

Trained & Experienced

In order to become certified, InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®s are required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Chris is a graduate of InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

With his training and past work in construction, Chris has the knowledge and experience to evaluate the home's condition and identify any potential issues or safety hazards that may affect your purchase, and uses the latest software to create a detailed report outlining any areas of concern.
